Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Arkim (the “Service”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name and email address, and the organizations and projects you belong to.
  • Your content — the designs, models, documents, simulations, and other data you create or upload.
  • Beta access requests — if you request access to the private beta, we collect the name, email address, and any note you submit, even if you never create an account.
  • Usage and technical data — information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and log data needed to operate the Service securely.

We use cookies (or similar technologies) that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

2. How we use information

  • to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • to authenticate you and keep your account and content secure;
  • to communicate with you about the Service, including important notices;
  • to review beta access requests and notify you of the outcome by email;
  • to detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or technical issues;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, database, and email-delivery providers) under obligations of confidentiality; within your organization, where content is shared by design; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated content, subject to legal or legitimate operational retention requirements. Beta access requests are kept while the beta program runs; you can ask us to delete your request at any time.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your account details in your settings, and you can contact us to exercise any of these rights.

7. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer information across borders, we take steps to protect it consistent with applicable law.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
